Butter Chicken Sauce Recipe

Cut the chicken breast into large chunks.

Mix Taste of India Tandoori Paste with yoghurt, add boneless chicken cubes and marinate for 10 minutes. Grill the marinated chicken on high for 2 minutes.

Heat oil in medium saucepan add chicken, Sauté the meat until its cooked through & brown.(approximately it will take 2 to 3 minutes).

Pour in the Taste of India Butter Chicken sauce into the pan of cooking Chicken. Mix ingredients well & bring to boil, then reduce the heat & simmer for a further 4-5 minutes.

.

Garnish with fresh cream & coriander leaves.
Serve hot with steamed Basmati rice, Naan or Paratha.

Vindaloo Sauce Recipe

Heat oil in a medium saucepan, add the beef or lamb cubes.

Sauté the meat until its cooked through & brown. Add water & cook until meat is tender (approximately it will take 5 to 8 minutes).

Pour in the Taste of India Vindaloo sauce, mix well & bring to boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes.

.

Garnish with ginger strips & fresh coriander leaves.
Serve hot with steamed Basmati rice, Naan or Paratha.
